The thesis

An offering is not won on logo count.
It is won on the attach rate.

Building the product is only half the job. The other half is packaging and pricing it so the service attaches to deals already in motion, then standing up the partner bench that has to deliver it. Revenue follows when the offering is legible to a buyer and to a CFO at the same time. Operating philosophy, nine years applied

About

Nine years in security have moved me across product, program, and portfolio roles, and the through line is ownership. My work runs the full lifecycle: shaping the offering strategy, setting the pricing, standing up the partner bench, and staying accountable for what actually ships. Before security, a SaaS company I founded grew from a three-person idea into an 86-person operation, and that is where the operator instinct came from.

At Lenovo, the MxDR offering went from zero to $2.0M in revenue, anchored by a $1.2M win and pricing mechanics that drove an 80 percent attach rate. Earlier, a $6M enterprise incident response build shipped at Regeneron under FDA validation, and a $7M Covid-19 credentialing platform shipped with Microsoft to a fixed international deadline. Across Fortune 500 accounts at Infosys, a $90M book grew 30 percent against a 25 percent target while $16M in client cost came out. Most of this happened in regulated banking, biopharmaceutical, and government settings.

The method

How an offering gets built

01
Shape
Define the service scope and the buyer problem it closes, then decide what belongs in the core offering and what stays modular.
02
Price
Set the pricing and packaging mechanics so the offering is legible to a buyer and defensible to a CFO, built to attach rather than to discount.
03
Partner
Stand up the delivery bench across pre-sales, implementation, and run, so capacity is never the reason a deal stalls.
04
Attach
Wire the offering into deals already in motion and stay accountable for revenue, attach rate, and what actually ships.
